The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the 'Carphone Warehouse' radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Friday 31st August to Monday 3rd September 2012 ("the Duration"). The "Radio Stations" are: The Capital Network (Capital Scotland, Capital North East, Capital Yorkshire, Capital Manchester, Capital East Midlands, Capital South Wales, Capital Birmingham, Capital South Coast and Capital London).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1.1 To enter the Competition the Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 06:00 on 31/08/2012 and close at 09.00 on 03/09/2012.
1.2 When the entry period has closed two winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
2.1 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
