Kit Kat Chunky Champions' on Capital FM — January/February 2012

1. The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/on-air-competition-rules) apply to 'Kit Kat Chunky Champions' radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 23.01.2012 to 19.02.2012 ("the Duration"). The "Radio Station" is The Capital Network (Capital Scotland, Capital North East, Capital Yorkshire, Capital Manchester, Capital East Midlands, Capital South Wales, Capital Birmingham, Capital South Coast and Capital London).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com, select their prize and register their details. Online entry will open at 09:00 on 23/01/2012 and close at 23:59 on 19/02/2012.

4. Entrants will select one of the four flavours that they want to vote for, the flavour will correspond with a destination that they will be in the draw to win.

5. 1 x winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

6. To enter the competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

7. Winners and all accompanying persons should hold a valid passport that expires no earlier than (six months from return date), and should be eligible to travel to and stay in relevant destinations and be able to travel on relevant dates.

All prize options are subject to the below terms & conditions:

1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.

2. Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two people sharing a twin room with ensuite facilities on a room only basis.

3. Tour is subject to availability at time of booking. Tour lasts approximately 4 hours.

4. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner's responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

5. Based on the current rate of exchange at time of booking.

6. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
